On April 9, 2024, Peđa Grbin (SDP) in a video statement titled: “Our ‘Plan for Housing’ is the first comprehensive housing policy in Croatia!” published on the SDP Croatia Facebook page, stated: “When the average cost of a square meter of an apartment in Croatia is 3000 euros, and it takes people three months to earn enough for one square meter of an apartment, then the state must take action.”

COMPLETELY FALSE statement about the price per square meter of an apartment.

According to data from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, the average price per square meter of sold new apartments in Croatia in 2023 was 2246 euros.
